Para participar en nuestra actividad, pedimos a todos los clientes que lean y confirmen que han comprendido completamente los "Términos y Condiciones de Street Kart". En caso de no estar de acuerdo con alguna de las secciones, no podrá participar en la actividad.
In order to join our activity, we ask all customers to read through and confirm they fully understood the "Street Kart Terms and Conditions." In the event you do not agree with any of the sections, you will not be able to join the activity.

La versión oficial de los siguientes "Términos y Condiciones" está redactada en inglés y será la versión autorizada para todos los propósitos. La versión traducida (no inglesa) se proporciona únicamente para su conveniencia. Al firmar (manualmente o digitalmente), usted acepta que las disposiciones de la versión en inglés prevalecen sobre cualquier versión traducida.
The official version of the following "Terms and Conditions" is written in English and shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. The translated version (non-English) is for your convenience only. By signing (manually or digitally), you agree that provisions of the English version prevails over any translated versions. - 01 [ Acuerdo / Agreement ]
El usuario acepta cumplir con estos "Términos y Condiciones" al participar en los servicios proporcionados por la tienda. Bajo ninguna circunstancia se proporcionarán servicios sin acuerdo.
The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance. - 02 [ Condiciones del Usuario / User Condition ]
El usuario debe cumplir con las siguientes 5 condiciones. Si el usuario no cumple con alguna de las condiciones, no se le permitirá usar el servicio. Si se encuentra que el usuario está usando el servicio aunque no cumpla con las condiciones, el usuario reconoce que el seguro no se aplicará.
The User must fall under the following 5 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.- El usuario debe ser mayor de 18 años.
The User must be over 18 years of age. - El usuario debe tener una licencia de conducir válida o permiso para conducir en Japón (Permiso Internacional de Conducir basado en la Convención de Ginebra de 1949, licencia SOFA, etc.).
The User must have a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan (International Driving Permit based on 1949 Geneva Convention, SOFA license, etc.). - El usuario debe tener suficiente habilidad de conducción para usar el servicio.
The User must have sufficient driving skill to use the service. - El usuario debe entender que StreetKart es una marca distinta e independiente y no tiene afiliación con Nintendo y/o la franquicia 'Mario Kart'.
The User must understand that StreetKart is a distinct and independent brand and has no affiliation with Nintendo and/or the 'Mario Kart' franchise. - El usuario debe tener el uso completo de ambas manos/brazos y pies/piernas para poder operar el kart.
The User must have full use of both hands/arms and feet/legs in order to operate the kart.
- El usuario debe ser mayor de 18 años.
- 03 [ Cumplimiento de las Leyes de Tráfico / Compliance with Traffic Laws ]
El usuario debe obedecer todas las leyes y regulaciones de tráfico locales. El usuario debe tener una licencia de conducir válida o un permiso para conducir en Japón y debe portarla en todo momento. El usuario debe tener habilidades de conducción suficientes para conducir el kart.
Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Users must possess and carry at all times a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan. Users must have sufficient driving skills to operate a kart. - 04 [ Responsabilidad del Kart / Kart Responsibility ]
En Japón, por ley es responsabilidad del usuario asegurarse de que el kart esté operativo sin disfunciones que violen las leyes de tráfico locales. (Ejemplo: luces de señal lateral, faros, luces traseras, luces de freno, frenos, aceleración)
In Japan, it is the user's responsibility by law to ensure that the kart is roadworthy and free from malfunctions that would violate local traffic laws (e.g., side signal lights, headlights, taillights, brake lights, brakes, accelerator). - 05 [ Violación de las Leyes de Tráfico / Violation of Traffic Laws, etc. ]
Cada usuario será responsable de cualquier violación de tráfico. La tienda o el guía turístico no serán responsables de multas o tarifas incurridas por la violación.
Each user is responsible for any traffic violations. The shop or tour guide is not responsible for fines or fees incurred due to violations. - 06 [ Multas y Tarifas No Resueltas / Unresolved fines and fees ]
La tienda puede cobrar cualquier multa o tarifa no resuelta incurrida por el usuario con respecto a violaciones de tráfico con autoridades locales.
The shop may charge users for unresolved fines or fees incurred regarding traffic violations with local authorities. - 07 [ Accidentes de Tráfico / Traffic Accidents ]
En caso de un accidente de tráfico, el usuario debe notificar al guía turístico, autoridades locales y compañía de seguros.
In the event of a traffic accident, the User must immediately notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company. - 08 [ Acuerdo No Autorizado / Unauthorized Settlement ]
El usuario acepta no celebrar un acuerdo de conciliación con la parte contraria sin el consentimiento de StreetKart.
In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement agreement with the opposing party without StreetKart's consent. StreetKart will not be liable for any settlement agreement made between the User and the opposing party without the consent of StreetKart. - 09 [ Seguro del Kart / Kart Insurance ]
Todos los karts están asegurados en caso de accidente. La cobertura del seguro es limitada y regulada. En caso de accidente, la compañía de seguros evaluará el incidente. En este momento, el usuario debe pagar un descargo de responsabilidad de 50,000 yenes japoneses. Si la compañía de seguros evalúa que el accidente es resultado de conducción imprudente, el usuario puede ser excluido de la cobertura.
All Karts are insured in case of an accident. However, the coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a deductible of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluates the accident is as a result of reckless driving, the User will be denied coverage. - 10 [ Daños al Kart / Kart Damages ]
El usuario es responsable de cualquier daño a los karts. El usuario entiende que la tienda cobrará por daños reales. Cualquier daño que involucre a la compañía de seguros seguirá la cláusula 9. La tienda tiene el derecho de reclamar por daños.
The User is responsible for any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual cost of repairs. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow Clause 09. The Shop has the right to claim for damages. - 11 [ Actividad Criminal y Organizaciones / Criminal Activity and Organizations ]
El usuario acepta que no es miembro de una organización criminal ni está participando en actividad criminal.
The User agrees that they are neither a member of a criminal organization nor are they participating in criminal activity. - 12 [ Subarrendamiento de Karts / Subleasing Karts ]
El usuario no puede permitir que terceros conduzcan o monten en el kart, a menos que la tienda o el guía turístico lo autorice expresamente.
The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless explicitly specified by the Shop or the tour guide. - 13 [ Uso Comercial / Commercial Use ]
Los karts, cuando son alquilados, no pueden ser permitidos para uso comercial (servicio de mensajería, publicidad) a menos que sea otorgado por la tienda.
The karts, when rented, shall not be permitted for commercial use, such as courier service or advertisement, unless permission is granted by the Shop. - 14 [ Devolver Karts en Estado Original y Tanques Llenos / Return Karts in Original Status, and Full Tanks ]
Con respecto a los clientes de tour, los usuarios no serán responsables de llenar los tanques después de que termine el tour. Con respecto a alquileres independientes, excepto por mantenimiento necesario, el usuario no debe modificar el vehículo, como adherir calcomanías o instalar dispositivos, sin el consentimiento de la tienda. Además, el vehículo debe ser devuelto en su condición original y el usuario debe rellenar su tanque de combustible antes de devolverlo. Si el usuario no devuelve el vehículo con tanque lleno, debe pagar la tarifa prescrita por la tienda.
Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. For freelance rentals, the User must not modify the vehicle in any way (e.g. attaching stickers, installing devices, etc.) without consent from StreetKart. Standard necessary maintenance is an exception to this clause. - 15 [ Política de Tiempo Extra / Over Time Policy ]
Con respecto a los clientes de tour, esta cláusula no se aplica. Con respecto a alquileres independientes, el usuario se compromete a devolver el vehículo en el lugar y tiempo prescritos por la tienda. Si el usuario excede el tiempo de alquiler, debe obtener el consentimiento de la tienda y pagar una tarifa por retraso.
This clause does not apply to guided tour customers. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at to the place and at the time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee. - 16 [ Derechos de Autor, Retrato y Publicidad / Copyrights, Portrait and Publicity Rights ]
El usuario acepta no hacer reclamo alguno sobre derechos de autor, retrato o publicidad relacionados con fotografías o medios relacionados con el uso de los karts y servicios proporcionados.
The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait rights, or publicity rights related to photographs or media related to the usage of the karts and services provided. - 17 [ Reclamos por Daños y Penalizaciones / Claims for Damages and Penalties ]
Si el usuario viola estos Términos y Condiciones, el usuario reconoce y acepta compensar a StreetKart por cualquier reclamo relacionado con daños o penalizaciones por violación.
If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges and agrees to compensate StreetKart for any claims regarding damages or violation penalties. - 18 [ Decisión de la Tienda y Guía Turístico / Shop and Tour Guide Decision ]
El usuario entiende que la tienda y el guía turístico tienen el derecho y autoridad de suspender a un usuario individual de conducir un kart dependiendo de riesgos de seguridad, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, conducción imprudente o no cumplir con reglas del tour. El usuario devolverá el kart como especifica la tienda o guía turístico.
The User understands that the Shop and tour guide have the right and authority to suspend an individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks, including, but not limited to, reckless driving or not complying with tour rules. The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide. - 19 [ Descargo de Responsabilidad de la Tienda / Shop Disclaimer ]
La tienda no será responsable y/o liable por daños causados al usuario. La tienda tiene el derecho de suspender, cancelar y cambiar el servicio proporcionado al usuario.
The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User. - 20 [ Cobertura de Prensa / Press Coverage ]
El usuario no puede recolectar datos, información o imágenes en relación con distribución mediática. Además, el usuario no puede recolectar ningún dato sin el permiso expreso de la tienda.
The User may not collect data, information, or images in relation to any media distribution. Furthermore, the User cannot collect any data without the express permission of the Shop. - 21 [ Cambios a los Términos y Condiciones / Changes to the Term and Conditions ]
The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.
- 22 [ Precio de reseña / Review Price ]
Creemos que compartir y discutir experiencias de viaje con otros es una de las verdaderas alegrías de viajar.
Si no necesita mantener su experiencia confidencial (si planea contársela a alguien o compartirla), el PRECIO DE RESEÑA se aplica como tarifa estándar.
Si desea mantener su experiencia confidencial, se ofrece como una opción y se proporciona al PRECIO REGULAR.
No verificamos si realmente habla de su experiencia o la comparte. Se determina únicamente por si desea mantener su experiencia confidencial.
Este sistema de precios no ofrece un descuento; es un cargo adicional por la opción de confidencialidad.

This pricing system does not offer a discount; it is an additional charge for the confidentiality option.
