Street Kart 이용약관 / Street Kart Terms & Conditions

사용자는 매장에서 제공하는 서비스에 참여할 때 이 "이용약관"을 준수하는 데 동의합니다. 어떠한 경우에도 동의 없이는 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다.

The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance.

사용자는 다음 5가지 조건을 모두 충족해야 합니다. 조건 중 하나라도 충족하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 조건을 충족하지 않음에도 불구하고 서비스를 이용하는 것이 판명되면 보험이 적용되지 않음을 인정합니다.

The User must fall under the following 5 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.

• 사용자는 만 18세 이상이어야 합니다.
  
  The User must be over 18 years of age.
• 사용자는 일본에서 운전할 수 있는 유효한 운전면허증 또는 허가증을 소지해야 합니다(1949년 제네바 협약에 기반한 국제 운전면허증, SOFA 면허증 등).
  
  The User must have a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan (International Driving Permit based on 1949 Geneva Convention, SOFA license, etc.).
• 사용자는 서비스를 이용하기에 충분한 운전 기술을 보유해야 합니다.
  
  The User must have sufficient driving skill to use the service.
• 사용자는 StreetKart가 독립적이고 고유한 브랜드이며 Nintendo 및/또는 'Mario Kart' 프랜차이즈와 아무런 제휴 관계가 없음을 이해해야 합니다.
  
  The User must understand that StreetKart is a distinct and independent brand and has no affiliation with Nintendo and/or the 'Mario Kart' franchise.
• 사용자는 카트를 조작하기 위해 양손/양팔과 양발/양다리를 완전히 사용할 수 있어야 합니다.
  
  The User must have full use of both hands/arms and feet/legs in order to operate the kart.

사용자는 모든 지역 교통법규와 규정을 준수해야 합니다. 사용자는 일본에서 운전하기 위한 유효한 운전면허증 또는 허가증을 소지하고 항상 휴대해야 합니다. 사용자는 카트를 운전하기에 충분한 운전 기술을 보유해야 합니다.

Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Users must possess and carry at all times a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan. Users must have sufficient driving skills to operate a kart.

일본에서는 법률에 따라 카트가 지역 교통법규를 위반하지 않도록 기능 이상 없이 운영 가능한 상태임을 확인하는 것은 사용자의 책임입니다. (예: 측면 신호등, 헤드라이트, 테일라이트, 브레이크 라이트, 브레이크, 가속)

In Japan, it is the user's responsibility by law to ensure that the kart is roadworthy and free from malfunctions that would violate local traffic laws (e.g., side signal lights, headlights, taillights, brake lights, brakes, accelerator).

각 사용자는 모든 교통 위반에 대해 책임을 집니다. 당 매장이나 투어 가이드는 위반으로 인해 발생한 벌금이나 수수료에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Each user is responsible for any traffic violations. The shop or tour guide is not responsible for fines or fees incurred due to violations.

당 매장은 사용자가 지방 당국과의 교통 위반과 관련하여 부담한 미해결 벌금 또는 수수료를 청구할 수 있습니다.

The shop may charge users for unresolved fines or fees incurred regarding traffic violations with local authorities.

교통사고가 발생한 경우 사용자는 투어 가이드, 지방 당국 및 보험 회사에 알려야 합니다.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User must immediately notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.

사용자는 StreetKart의 동의 없이 상대방과 합의를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement agreement with the opposing party without StreetKart's consent. StreetKart will not be liable for any settlement agreement made between the User and the opposing party without the consent of StreetKart.

모든 카트는 사고에 대비하여 보험에 가입되어 있습니다. 보험의 적용 범위는 제한적이고 규제됩니다. 사고가 발생한 경우 보험 회사가 사건을 평가합니다. 이 시점에서 사용자는 50,000엔의 면책금을 지불해야 합니다. 보험 회사가 사고가 무모한 운전의 결과라고 평가하는 경우 사용자는 보상을 받지 못할 수 있습니다.

All Karts are insured in case of an accident. However, the coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a deductible of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluates the accident is as a result of reckless driving, the User will be denied coverage.

사용자는 카트에 대한 모든 손상에 대해 책임을 집니다. 사용자는 당 매장이 실제 손해를 청구할 것임을 이해합니다. 보험 회사가 관련된 손상은 제9조를 따릅니다. 당 매장은 손해에 대해 청구할 권리를 가집니다.

The User is responsible for any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual cost of repairs. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow Clause 09. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.

사용자는 자신이 범죄 조직의 구성원이 아니며 범죄 활동에 참여하지 않는다는 데 동의합니다.

The User agrees that they are neither a member of a criminal organization nor are they participating in criminal activity.

사용자는 당 매장 또는 투어 가이드가 명시적으로 허가한 경우를 제외하고, 제3자에게 카트 운전 또는 동승을 허용할 수 없습니다.

The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless explicitly specified by the Shop or the tour guide.

대여 시 카트는 당 매장의 허가가 없는 한 상업적 용도(택배 서비스, 광고)로 사용이 허용되지 않습니다.

The karts, when rented, shall not be permitted for commercial use, such as courier service or advertisement, unless permission is granted by the Shop.

투어 고객의 경우 사용자는 투어 종료 후 연료 보급에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 프리랜스 대여의 경우 필요한 유지보수를 제외하고 사용자는 당 매장의 동의 없이 스티커 부착이나 장치 설치 등으로 차량을 개조해서는 안 됩니다. 또한 차량은 원상태로 반납하고 사용자는 반납 전에 연료탱크를 가득 채워야 합니다. 사용자가 가득 채워서 차량을 반납하지 않는 경우 당 매장이 정한 요금을 지불해야 합니다.

Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. For freelance rentals, the User must not modify the vehicle in any way (e.g. attaching stickers, installing devices, etc.) without consent from StreetKart. Standard necessary maintenance is an exception to this clause.

투어 고객에 대해서는 이 조항이 적용되지 않습니다. 프리랜스 대여의 경우 사용자는 당 매장이 정한 장소와 시간에 차량을 반납할 것을 약속합니다. 사용자가 대여 시간을 초과한 경우 당 매장의 동의를 얻어 연체료를 지불해야 합니다.

This clause does not apply to guided tour customers. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at to the place and at the time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.

사용자는 카트 이용 및 제공되는 서비스와 관련된 사진이나 미디어에 대해 저작권, 초상권 또는 퍼블리시티권에 관한 어떠한 청구도 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.

The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait rights, or publicity rights related to photographs or media related to the usage of the karts and services provided.

사용자가 본 이용약관을 위반한 경우, 사용자는 손해배상 또는 위반 벌금에 관한 StreetKart의 청구에 대해 보상할 것을 인정하고 동의합니다.

If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges and agrees to compensate StreetKart for any claims regarding damages or violation penalties.

사용자는 당 매장과 투어 가이드가 무모한 운전이나 투어 규칙 미준수를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 안전 위험에 따라 개별 사용자의 카트 운전을 중단시킬 권리와 권한을 가지고 있음을 이해합니다. 사용자는 당 매장 또는 투어 가이드가 지정한 대로 카트를 반납합니다.

The User understands that the Shop and tour guide have the right and authority to suspend an individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks, including, but not limited to, reckless driving or not complying with tour rules. The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.

당 매장은 사용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 책임 및/또는 배상 의무를 지지 않습니다. 당 매장은 사용자에게 제공되는 서비스를 일시 중단, 취소 및 변경할 권리를 가집니다.

The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.

사용자는 미디어 배포와 관련하여 데이터, 정보 또는 이미지를 수집할 수 없습니다. 또한 사용자는 당 매장의 명시적인 허가 없이 어떠한 데이터도 수집할 수 없습니다.

The User may not collect data, information, or images in relation to any media distribution. Furthermore, the User cannot collect any data without the express permission of the Shop.

The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.

여행 경험을 다른 사람들과 공유하고 논의하는 것은 여행의 진정한 즐거움 중 하나라고 생각합니다.
경험을 비밀로 유지할 필요가 없는 경우(누군가에게 이야기하거나 공유할 계획이 있는 경우), 리뷰 가격이 표준 요금으로 적용됩니다.

If you do not need to keep your experience confidential (if you plan to tell someone or share it), the REVIEW PRICE applies as the standard rate.
If you wish to keep your experience confidential, it is offered as an option and provided at the REGULAR PRICE.
We do not verify whether you actually talk about or share your experience. It is determined solely by whether you wish to keep your experience confidential.
This pricing system does not offer a discount; it is an additional charge for the confidentiality option.
Please note that some social media platforms, such as TripAdvisor and Google, have policies prohibiting writing reviews in exchange for discounts.
Out of respect for their policies, we absolutely will not apply the REVIEW price for writing reviews on these platforms.
