شروط وأحكام ستريت كارت / Street Kart Terms & Conditions

يوافق المستخدم على الامتثال لهذه "الشروط والأحكام" عند المشاركة في الخدمات المقدمة من المتجر. لن يتم تقديم الخدمات تحت أي ظرف من الظروف دون موافقة.

The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance.

يجب على المستخدم أن يستوفي الشروط الخمسة التالية. إذا فشل المستخدم في استيفاء أي من الشروط، فلن يُسمح له باستخدام الخدمة. إذا وُجد أن المستخدم يستخدم الخدمة رغم عدم استيفاء الشروط، فإن المستخدم يقر بأن التأمين لن يُطبق.

The User must fall under the following 5 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.

• يجب أن يكون عمر المستخدم أكثر من 18 عاماً.
  
  The User must be over 18 years of age.
• يجب أن يحمل المستخدم رخصة قيادة صالحة أو تصريحاً للقيادة في اليابان (تصريح قيادة دولي مبني على اتفاقية جنيف 1949، رخصة SOFA، إلخ).
  
  The User must have a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan (International Driving Permit based on 1949 Geneva Convention, SOFA license, etc.).
• يجب أن يمتلك المستخدم مهارة قيادة كافية لاستخدام الخدمة.
  
  The User must have sufficient driving skill to use the service.
• يجب أن يفهم المستخدم أن StreetKart هو علامة تجارية مستقلة ومتميزة وليس له أي انتماء مع Nintendo و/أو امتياز 'Mario Kart'.
  
  The User must understand that StreetKart is a distinct and independent brand and has no affiliation with Nintendo and/or the 'Mario Kart' franchise.
• يجب أن يكون لدى المستخدم استخدام كامل لكلتا اليدين/الذراعين والقدمين/الساقين من أجل تشغيل الكارت.
  
  The User must have full use of both hands/arms and feet/legs in order to operate the kart.

يجب على المستخدم الامتثال لجميع قوانين المرور المحلية والوطنية أثناء تشغيل الكارت.

Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Users must possess and carry at all times a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan. Users must have sufficient driving skills to operate a kart.

المستخدم مسؤول كلياً عن الكارت أثناء فترة الإيجار ويجب إرجاعه في نفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها.

In Japan, it is the user's responsibility by law to ensure that the kart is roadworthy and free from malfunctions that would violate local traffic laws (e.g., side signal lights, headlights, taillights, brake lights, brakes, accelerator).

أي انتهاك لقوانين المرور يقع على عاتق المستخدم وحده، وسيكون مسؤولاً عن جميع الغرامات والعواقب القانونية.

Each user is responsible for any traffic violations. The shop or tour guide is not responsible for fines or fees incurred due to violations.

إذا لم يتم دفع الغرامات في الوقت المحدد، فسيتم تحصيل التكلفة من بطاقة ائتمان المستخدم المسجلة.

The shop may charge users for unresolved fines or fees incurred regarding traffic violations with local authorities.

في حالة وقوع حادث مروري، يجب على المستخدم الاتصال بالشرطة والشركة على الفور.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User must immediately notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.

يُحظر على المستخدم إجراء أي تسوية خاصة مع أطراف ثالثة دون إذن كتابي من الشركة.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement agreement with the opposing party without StreetKart's consent. StreetKart will not be liable for any settlement agreement made between the User and the opposing party without the consent of StreetKart.

جميع الكارتات مؤمنة، لكن المستخدم يتحمل مسؤولية دفع قسط التأمين في حالة وقوع حادث.

All Karts are insured in case of an accident. However, the coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a deductible of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluates the accident is as a result of reckless driving, the User will be denied coverage.

سيتم تحميل المستخدم تكلفة إصلاح أي أضرار تلحق بالكارت أثناء فترة الإيجار.

The User is responsible for any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual cost of repairs. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow Clause 09. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.

يُحظر بشدة استخدام الكارت في أي نشاط إجرامي، وسيؤدي ذلك إلى الإنهاء الفوري للعقد والمقاضاة القانونية.

The User agrees that they are neither a member of a criminal organization nor are they participating in criminal activity.

لا يجوز للمستخدم السماح لأي شخص آخر بقيادة الكارت أو ركوبه، ما لم يُحدد ذلك صراحةً من قبل المتجر أو المرشد السياحي.

The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless explicitly specified by the Shop or the tour guide.

يُحظر استخدام الكارت لأغراض تجارية دون اتفاقية منفصلة مع الشركة.

The karts, when rented, shall not be permitted for commercial use, such as courier service or advertisement, unless permission is granted by the Shop.

يجب إرجاع الكارت في الوقت والمكان المحددين، وإلا فستطبق رسوم إضافية.

Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. For freelance rentals, the User must not modify the vehicle in any way (e.g. attaching stickers, installing devices, etc.) without consent from StreetKart. Standard necessary maintenance is an exception to this clause.

تطبق رسوم إضافية بقيمة 1000 ين لكل 10 دقائق تأخير عن موعد الإرجاع المحدد.

This clause does not apply to guided tour customers. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at to the place and at the time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.

جميع المواد الترويجية والعلامات التجارية مملوكة حصرياً للشركة ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.

The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait rights, or publicity rights related to photographs or media related to the usage of the karts and services provided.

أي مطالبات بالتعويض يجب تقديمها كتابياً خلال30 يوماً من تاريخ وقوع الحادث.

If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges and agrees to compensate StreetKart for any claims regarding damages or violation penalties.

قرارات الشركة بشأن النزاعات والمطالبات نهائية وملزمة لجميع الأطراف.

The User understands that the Shop and tour guide have the right and authority to suspend an individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks, including, but not limited to, reckless driving or not complying with tour rules. The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.

الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار أو خسائر غير مباشرة قد تنشأ عن استخدام خدماتنا.

The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.

قد تستخدم الشركة صور أو مقاطع فيديو للعملاء لأغراض ترويجية دون تعويض إضافي.

The User may not collect data, information, or images in relation to any media distribution. Furthermore, the User cannot collect any data without the express permission of the Shop.

يفهم المستخدم أن الشروط والأحكام قد يتم تحديثها دون إشعار أو موافقة من المستخدم.

The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.

نعتقد أن مشاركة تجارب السفر ومناقشتها مع الآخرين هي إحدى المتع الحقيقية للسفر.
إذا كنت لا تحتاج إلى الحفاظ على سرية تجربتك (إذا كنت تخطط لإخبار شخص ما أو مشاركتها)، يتم تطبيق سعر المراجعة كمعدل قياسي.
إذا كنت ترغب في الحفاظ على سرية تجربتك، يتم تقديمها كخيار وتوفيرها بالسعر العادي.

This pricing system does not offer a discount; it is an additional charge for the confidentiality option.

Out of respect for their policies, we absolutely will not apply the REVIEW price for writing reviews on these platforms.
