L'utente accetta di rispettare questi "Termini e Condizioni" quando partecipa ai servizi forniti dal negozio. In nessun caso verranno forniti servizi senza accordo.

The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance.

L'utente deve soddisfare le seguenti 5 condizioni. Se l'utente non riesce a soddisfare una delle condizioni, non gli sarà permesso utilizzare il servizio. Se si scopre che l'utente sta utilizzando il servizio anche se non soddisfa le condizioni, allora l'utente riconosce che l'assicurazione non si applicherà.

The User must fall under the following 5 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.

  The User must be over 18 years of age.
• L'utente deve possedere una patente di guida valida o un permesso per guidare in Giappone (Permesso di Guida Internazionale basato sulla Convenzione di Ginevra del 1949, licenza SOFA, ecc.).
  
  The User must have a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan (International Driving Permit based on 1949 Geneva Convention, SOFA license, etc.).
• L'utente deve avere sufficiente abilità di guida per utilizzare il servizio.
  
  The User must have sufficient driving skill to use the service.
• L'utente deve comprendere che StreetKart è un marchio distinto e indipendente e non ha alcuna affiliazione con Nintendo e/o il franchise 'Mario Kart'.
  
  The User must understand that StreetKart is a distinct and independent brand and has no affiliation with Nintendo and/or the 'Mario Kart' franchise.
• L'utente deve avere il pieno utilizzo di entrambe le mani/braccia e piedi/gambe per poter operare il kart.
  
  The User must have full use of both hands/arms and feet/legs in order to operate the kart.

L'utente deve rispettare tutte le leggi e i regolamenti del traffico locali. L'utente deve avere una patente di guida valida o un permesso per guidare in Giappone e deve portarla sempre con sé. L'utente deve avere sufficienti competenze di guida per guidare il kart.

Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Users must possess and carry at all times a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan. Users must have sufficient driving skills to operate a kart.

In Giappone, per legge è responsabilità dell'utente assicurarsi che il kart sia operativo senza disfunzioni che violino le leggi del traffico locali. (Esempio: indicatori laterali, fari, luci posteriori, luci dei freni, freni, accelerazione)

In Japan, it is the user's responsibility by law to ensure that the kart is roadworthy and free from malfunctions that would violate local traffic laws (e.g., side signal lights, headlights, taillights, brake lights, brakes, accelerator).

Ogni utente sarà responsabile per qualsiasi violazione del traffico. Il Negozio o la guida turistica non saranno responsabili per multe o tasse sostenute dalla violazione.

Each user is responsible for any traffic violations. The shop or tour guide is not responsible for fines or fees incurred due to violations.

Il Negozio può addebitare qualsiasi multa o tassa non risolta sostenuta dall'utente riguardo alle violazioni del traffico con le autorità locali.

The shop may charge users for unresolved fines or fees incurred regarding traffic violations with local authorities.

In caso di incidente stradale, l'utente deve notificare la guida turistica, le autorità locali e la compagnia assicurativa.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User must immediately notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.

L'utente accetta di non stipulare un accordo transattivo con la parte avversa senza il consenso di StreetKart.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement agreement with the opposing party without StreetKart's consent. StreetKart will not be liable for any settlement agreement made between the User and the opposing party without the consent of StreetKart.

Tutti i Kart sono assicurati in caso di incidente. La copertura dell'assicurazione è limitata e regolamentata. In caso di incidente, la compagnia assicurativa valuterà l'incidente. A questo punto, l'utente deve pagare una franchigia di 50.000 yen giapponesi. Se la compagnia assicurativa valuta che l'incidente è il risultato di una guida spericolata, l'utente può essere escluso dalla copertura.

All Karts are insured in case of an accident. However, the coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a deductible of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluates the accident is as a result of reckless driving, the User will be denied coverage.

L'utente è responsabile di qualsiasi danno ai kart. L'utente comprende che il Negozio addebiterà i danni effettivi. Qualsiasi danno che coinvolga la compagnia assicurativa seguirà la clausola 9. Il Negozio ha il diritto di richiedere risarcimenti per danni.

The User is responsible for any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual cost of repairs. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow Clause 09. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.

L'utente accetta di non essere membro di un'organizzazione criminale né di partecipare a attività criminali.

The User agrees that they are neither a member of a criminal organization nor are they participating in criminal activity.

L'utente non può consentire a terzi di guidare o salire sul kart, salvo espressa autorizzazione del Negozio o della guida turistica.

The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless explicitly specified by the Shop or the tour guide.

I kart, quando sono noleggiati, non devono essere utilizzati commercialmente (servizio di corriere, pubblicità) a meno che non sia concesso dal Negozio.

The karts, when rented, shall not be permitted for commercial use, such as courier service or advertisement, unless permission is granted by the Shop.

Per quanto riguarda i clienti del tour, gli utenti non saranno responsabili del riempimento dei serbatoi dopo che il tour è terminato. Per quanto riguarda i noleggi freelance, eccetto per la manutenzione necessaria, l'utente non deve modificare il Veicolo, come attaccare adesivi o installare dispositivi, senza il consenso del Negozio. Inoltre, il Veicolo deve essere restituito nelle sue condizioni originali e l'utente deve riempire il serbatoio del carburante prima di restituirlo. Se l'utente non restituisce il Veicolo con il serbatoio pieno, deve pagare la tariffa prescritta dal Negozio.

Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. For freelance rentals, the User must not modify the vehicle in any way (e.g. attaching stickers, installing devices, etc.) without consent from StreetKart. Standard necessary maintenance is an exception to this clause.

Per quanto riguarda i clienti del tour, questa clausola non si applica. Per quanto riguarda i noleggi freelance, l'utente si impegna a restituire il Veicolo nel luogo e nel tempo prescritti dal Negozio. Se l'utente supera il tempo di noleggio, deve ottenere il consenso del Negozio e pagare una tariffa per il ritardo.

This clause does not apply to guided tour customers. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at to the place and at the time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.

L'utente accetta di non fare alcuna rivendicazione sui diritti d'autore, ritratto o pubblicità relativi alle fotografie o ai media relativi all'uso dei kart e dei servizi forniti.

The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait rights, or publicity rights related to photographs or media related to the usage of the karts and services provided.

Se l'utente viola questi Termini e Condizioni, l'utente riconosce e accetta di risarcire StreetKart per qualsiasi rivendicazione riguardo a danni o penalità per violazione.

If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges and agrees to compensate StreetKart for any claims regarding damages or violation penalties.

L'utente comprende che il Negozio e la guida turistica hanno il diritto e l'autorità di sospendere un singolo utente dalla guida di un kart a seconda dei rischi per la sicurezza, inclusi, ma non limitati a, guida spericolata o non rispetto delle regole del tour. L'utente restituirà il kart come specificato dal Negozio o dalla guida turistica.

The User understands that the Shop and tour guide have the right and authority to suspend an individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks, including, but not limited to, reckless driving or not complying with tour rules. The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.

Il Negozio non sarà responsabile e/o liable per danni causati all'utente. Il Negozio ha il diritto di sospendere, cancellare e modificare il servizio fornito all'utente.

The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.

L'utente non può raccogliere dati, informazioni o immagini in relazione a qualsiasi distribuzione mediatica. Inoltre, l'utente non può raccogliere alcun dato senza il permesso espresso del Negozio.

The User may not collect data, information, or images in relation to any media distribution. Furthermore, the User cannot collect any data without the express permission of the Shop.

L'utente comprende che i Termini e Condizioni possono essere aggiornati senza avvisare o ottenere l'approvazione dell'utente.

The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.

Crediamo che condividere e discutere esperienze di viaggio con altri sia una delle vere gioie del viaggio.
Se non è necessario mantenere riservata la tua esperienza (se prevedi di raccontarla a qualcuno o di condividerla), si applica il PREZZO RECENSIONE come tariffa standard.
