Terma dan Syarat Street Kart / Street Kart Terms & Conditions

Pengguna bersetuju untuk mematuhi "Terma dan Syarat" ini apabila menyertai perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh kedai. Perkhidmatan tidak akan disediakan tanpa persetujuan dalam apa jua keadaan.

The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance.

Pengguna mesti memenuhi 5 syarat berikut. Jika pengguna gagal memenuhi mana-mana 1 syarat, pengguna tidak akan dibenarkan menggunakan perkhidmatan. Jika pengguna didapati menggunakan perkhidmatan walaupun tidak memenuhi syarat, pengguna mengakui bahawa insurans tidak akan terpakai.

The User must fall under the following 5 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.

• Pengguna mestilah berumur lebih dari 18 tahun.
  
  The User must be over 18 years of age.
• Pengguna mesti mempunyai lesen memandu yang sah atau permit untuk memandu di Jepun (Permit Memandu Antarabangsa berdasarkan Konvensyen Geneva 1949, lesen SOFA, dll.).
  
  The User must have a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan (International Driving Permit based on 1949 Geneva Convention, SOFA license, etc.).
• Pengguna mesti mempunyai kemahiran memandu yang mencukupi untuk menggunakan perkhidmatan.
  
  The User must have sufficient driving skill to use the service.
• Pengguna mesti memahami bahawa StreetKart adalah jenama yang tersendiri dan bebas serta tidak mempunyai sebarang kaitan dengan Nintendo dan/atau francais 'Mario Kart'.
  
  The User must understand that StreetKart is a distinct and independent brand and has no affiliation with Nintendo and/or the 'Mario Kart' franchise.
• Pengguna mesti mempunyai penggunaan penuh kedua-dua tangan/lengan dan kaki/kaki untuk mengendalikan kart.
  
  The User must have full use of both hands/arms and feet/legs in order to operate the kart.

Pengguna mesti mematuhi semua undang-undang lalu lintas tempatan dan kebangsaan semasa mengendalikan kart.

Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Users must possess and carry at all times a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan. Users must have sufficient driving skills to operate a kart.

Pengguna bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap kart semasa tempoh sewa dan mesti memulangkannya dalam keadaan yang sama seperti diterima.

In Japan, it is the user's responsibility by law to ensure that the kart is roadworthy and free from malfunctions that would violate local traffic laws (e.g., side signal lights, headlights, taillights, brake lights, brakes, accelerator).

Sebarang pelanggaran undang-undang lalu lintas adalah tanggungjawab Pengguna semata-mata, dan mereka akan bertanggungjawab untuk semua denda dan akibat undang-undang.

Each user is responsible for any traffic violations. The shop or tour guide is not responsible for fines or fees incurred due to violations.

Jika denda tidak dibayar dalam masa yang ditetapkan, kos akan dicaj kepada kad kredit berdaftar Pengguna.

The shop may charge users for unresolved fines or fees incurred regarding traffic violations with local authorities.

Sekiranya berlaku kemalangan lalu lintas, Pengguna mesti segera menghubungi polis dan syarikat.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User must immediately notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.

Pengguna bersetuju untuk tidak membuat perjanjian penyelesaian dengan pihak lawan tanpa persetujuan StreetKart.

In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement agreement with the opposing party without StreetKart's consent. StreetKart will not be liable for any settlement agreement made between the User and the opposing party without the consent of StreetKart.

Semua kart diinsuranskan, tetapi Pengguna menanggung tanggungjawab untuk membayar deduktibel insurans sekiranya berlaku kemalangan.

All Karts are insured in case of an accident. However, the coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a deductible of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluates the accident is as a result of reckless driving, the User will be denied coverage.

Pengguna akan dicaj untuk kos membaiki sebarang kerosakan pada kart semasa tempoh sewa.

The User is responsible for any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual cost of repairs. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow Clause 09. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.

Menggunakan kart untuk sebarang aktiviti jenayah adalah dilarang keras dan akan mengakibatkan pembatalan kontrak serta-merta dan pendakwaan undang-undang.

The User agrees that they are neither a member of a criminal organization nor are they participating in criminal activity.

Pengguna tidak boleh membenarkan sesiapa lain memandu atau menaiki kart, kecuali dinyatakan secara jelas oleh Kedai atau pemandu pelancong.

The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless explicitly specified by the Shop or the tour guide.

Menggunakan kart untuk tujuan komersial adalah dilarang tanpa perjanjian berasingan dengan syarikat.

The karts, when rented, shall not be permitted for commercial use, such as courier service or advertisement, unless permission is granted by the Shop.

Kart mesti dipulangkan pada masa dan tempat yang ditetapkan, jika tidak yuran tambahan akan dikenakan.

Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. For freelance rentals, the User must not modify the vehicle in any way (e.g. attaching stickers, installing devices, etc.) without consent from StreetKart. Standard necessary maintenance is an exception to this clause.

Yuran tambahan sebanyak 1000 yen dikenakan untuk setiap 10 minit kelewatan melebihi masa pemulangan yang ditetapkan.

This clause does not apply to guided tour customers. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at to the place and at the time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.

Semua bahan promosi dan tanda dagangan dimiliki secara eksklusif oleh syarikat dan tidak boleh digunakan tanpa kebenaran.

The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait rights, or publicity rights related to photographs or media related to the usage of the karts and services provided.

Sebarang tuntutan pampasan mesti dikemukakan secara bertulis dalam tempoh 30 hari dari tarikh kejadian.

If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges and agrees to compensate StreetKart for any claims regarding damages or violation penalties.

Keputusan syarikat mengenai pertikaian dan tuntutan adalah muktamad dan mengikat semua pihak.

The User understands that the Shop and tour guide have the right and authority to suspend an individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks, including, but not limited to, reckless driving or not complying with tour rules. The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.

Syarikat tidak bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kerosakan tidak langsung atau kerugian yang mungkin timbul daripada menggunakan perkhidmatan kami.

The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.

Syarikat boleh menggunakan foto atau video pelanggan untuk tujuan promosi tanpa pampasan tambahan.

The User may not collect data, information, or images in relation to any media distribution. Furthermore, the User cannot collect any data without the express permission of the Shop.

The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.

Kami percaya bahawa berkongsi dan membincangkan pengalaman perjalanan dengan orang lain adalah salah satu kegembiraan sebenar perjalanan.
Jika anda tidak perlu merahsiakan pengalaman anda (jika anda bercadang untuk memberitahu seseorang atau berkongsinya), HARGA ULASAN dikenakan sebagai kadar standard.
Jika anda ingin merahsiakan pengalaman anda, ia ditawarkan sebagai pilihan dan disediakan pada HARGA BIASA.
Kami tidak mengesahkan sama ada anda benar-benar bercakap tentang atau berkongsi pengalaman anda. Ia ditentukan semata-mata oleh sama ada anda ingin merahsiakan pengalaman anda.
Sistem penetapan harga ini tidak menawarkan diskaun; ia adalah caj tambahan untuk pilihan kerahsiaan.
Sila ambil perhatian bahawa sesetengah platform media sosial, seperti TripAdvisor dan Google, mempunyai dasar yang melarang menulis ulasan sebagai pertukaran untuk diskaun.
Sebagai menghormati dasar mereka, kami sama sekali tidak akan menggunakan harga ULASAN untuk menulis ulasan di platform ini.
