स्ट्रीट कार्ट नियम और शर्तें / Street Kart Terms & Conditions

उपयोगकर्ता दुकान द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाओं में भाग लेते समय इन "नियमों और शर्तों" का पालन करने के लिए सहमत है। किसी भी परिस्थिति में बिना सहमति के सेवाएं प्रदान नहीं की जाएंगी।

The User agrees to comply with these "Terms and Conditions" when participating in services provided from the Shop. Services will not be provided without agreement under any circumstance.

उपयोगकर्ता को निम्नलिखित 5 शर्तों के अंतर्गत आना चाहिए। यदि उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी 1 शर्त के अंतर्गत आने में विफल रहता है, तो उपयोगकर्ता को सेवा का उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं होगी। यदि पाया जाता है कि उपयोगकर्ता सेवा का उपयोग कर रहा है भले ही उपयोगकर्ता शर्तों के अंतर्गत नहीं आता है, तो उपयोगकर्ता स्वीकार करता है कि बीमा लागू नहीं होगा।

The User must fall under the following 5 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.

  The User must be over 18 years of age.
• उपयोगकर्ता के पास जापान में गाड़ी चलाने के लिए एक वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या परमिट होना चाहिए (1949 जिनेवा कन्वेंशन पर आधारित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ड्राइविंग परमिट, SOFA लाइसेंस, आदि)।
  
  The User must have a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan (International Driving Permit based on 1949 Geneva Convention, SOFA license, etc.).

  The User must have sufficient driving skill to use the service.
• उपयोगकर्ता को यह समझना चाहिए कि StreetKart एक विशिष्ट और स्वतंत्र ब्रांड है और Nintendo और/या 'Mario Kart' फ्रेंचाइज़ी के साथ इसका कोई संबंध नहीं है।
  
  The User must understand that StreetKart is a distinct and independent brand and has no affiliation with Nintendo and/or the 'Mario Kart' franchise.
• उपयोगकर्ता के पास कार्ट चलाने के लिए दोनों हाथों/बाहों और पैरों/टांगों का पूर्ण उपयोग होना चाहिए।
  
  The User must have full use of both hands/arms and feet/legs in order to operate the kart.

उपयोगकर्ता को सभी स्थानीय यातायात कानूनों और नियमों का पालन करना चाहिए। उपयोगकर्ता के पास जापान में ड्राइव करने के लिए वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या परमिट होना चाहिए और इसे हमेशा अपने साथ रखना चाहिए। उपयोगकर्ता के पास कार्ट चलाने के लिए पर्याप्त ड्राइविंग कौशल होना चाहिए।

Users must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations. Users must possess and carry at all times a valid driver's license or permit to drive in Japan. Users must have sufficient driving skills to operate a kart.

In Japan, it is the user's responsibility by law to ensure that the kart is roadworthy and free from malfunctions that would violate local traffic laws (e.g., side signal lights, headlights, taillights, brake lights, brakes, accelerator).

प्रत्येक उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी यातायात उल्लंघन के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। दुकान या टूर गाइड उल्लंघन से लगने वाले किसी भी जुर्माने या शुल्क के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।

Each user is responsible for any traffic violations. The shop or tour guide is not responsible for fines or fees incurred due to violations.

दुकान स्थानीय अधिकारियों के साथ यातायात उल्लंघन के संबंध में उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा किए गए किसी भी अनसुलझे जुर्माने या शुल्क का शुल्क ले सकती है।

The shop may charge users for unresolved fines or fees incurred regarding traffic violations with local authorities.

यातायात दुर्घटना की स्थिति में, उपयोगकर्ता को टूर गाइड, स्थानीय अधिकारियों और बीमा कंपनी को सूचित करना चाहिए।

In the event of a traffic accident, the User must immediately notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.

उपयोगकर्ता StreetKart की सहमति के बिना विरोधी पक्ष के साथ समझौता करने के लिए सहमत नहीं होता है।

In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement agreement with the opposing party without StreetKart's consent. StreetKart will not be liable for any settlement agreement made between the User and the opposing party without the consent of StreetKart.

सभी कार्ट दुर्घटना के मामले में बीमाकृत हैं। बीमा की कवरेज सीमित और विनियमित है। दुर्घटना की स्थिति में, बीमा कंपनी घटना का मूल्यांकन करेगी। इस समय, उपयोगकर्ता को 50,000 जापानी येन का डिस्क्लेमर भुगतान करना होगा। यदि बीमा कंपनी मूल्यांकन करती है कि दुर्घटना लापरवाह ड्राइविंग का परिणाम है, तो उपयोगकर्ता को कवरेज से वंचित किया जा सकता है।

All Karts are insured in case of an accident. However, the coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a deductible of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluates the accident is as a result of reckless driving, the User will be denied coverage.

उपयोगकर्ता कार्ट को हुई किसी भी क्षति के लिए जिम्मेदार है। उपयोगकर्ता समझता है कि दुकान वास्तविक नुकसान के लिए शुल्क लेगी। बीमा कंपनी से जुड़ी कोई भी क्षति खंड 9 का पालन करेगी। दुकान को नुकसान के लिए दावा करने का अधिकार है।

The User is responsible for any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual cost of repairs. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow Clause 09. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.

The User agrees that they are neither a member of a criminal organization nor are they participating in criminal activity.

उपयोगकर्ता किसी तीसरे पक्ष को कार्ट चलाने या उसमें सवारी करने की अनुमति नहीं दे सकता, जब तक कि दुकान या टूर गाइड द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से अनुमति न दी गई हो।

The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless explicitly specified by the Shop or the tour guide.

कार्ट, जब किराए पर लिए जाते हैं, तो व्यावसायिक रूप से उपयोग करने की अनुमति नहीं है (कूरियर सेवा, विज्ञापन) जब तक कि दुकान द्वारा प्रदान नहीं किया जाता।

The karts, when rented, shall not be permitted for commercial use, such as courier service or advertisement, unless permission is granted by the Shop.

टूर ग्राहकों के संबंध में, उपयोगकर्ता टूर समाप्त होने के बाद टैंक भरने के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे। फ्रीलांस किराए के संबंध में, आवश्यक रखरखाव को छोड़कर, उपयोगकर्ता को दुकान की सहमति के बिना वाहन आदि को संशोधित नहीं करना चाहिए, जैसे स्टिकर लगाना या उपकरण स्थापित करना आदि। इसके अलावा, वाहन आदि को इसकी मूल स्थिति में वापस किया जाना चाहिए और उपयोगकर्ता को इसे वापस करने से पहले अपने ईंधन टैंक को फिर से भरना चाहिए। यदि उपयोगकर्ता पूर्ण टैंक के साथ वाहन वापस नहीं करता है, तो उन्हें दुकान द्वारा निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान करना चाहिए।

Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. For freelance rentals, the User must not modify the vehicle in any way (e.g. attaching stickers, installing devices, etc.) without consent from StreetKart. Standard necessary maintenance is an exception to this clause.

टूर ग्राहकों के संबंध में, यह खंड लागू नहीं होता है। फ्रीलांस किराए के संबंध में, उपयोगकर्ता दुकान द्वारा निर्धारित स्थान और समय पर वाहन आदि वापस करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। यदि उपयोगकर्ता किराए का समय पार करता है, तो उन्हें दुकान की सहमति प्राप्त करनी चाहिए और विलंब शुल्क का भुगतान करना चाहिए।

This clause does not apply to guided tour customers. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at to the place and at the time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.

उपयोगकर्ता कार्ट और प्रदान की गई सेवाओं के उपयोग से संबंधित तस्वीरों से संबंधित कॉपीराइट, पोर्ट्रेट और प्रचार अधिकारों के लिए कोई दावा नहीं करने के लिए सहमत है।

The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait rights, or publicity rights related to photographs or media related to the usage of the karts and services provided.

यदि उपयोगकर्ता इन नियमों और शर्तों का उल्लंघन करता है, तो उपयोगकर्ता नुकसान या उल्लंघन दंड के संबंध में दुकान द्वारा किए गए किसी भी दावे की भरपाई करने को स्वीकार करता है।

If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges and agrees to compensate StreetKart for any claims regarding damages or violation penalties.

उपयोगकर्ता समझता है कि दुकान और टूर गाइड को सुरक्षा जोखिमों के आधार पर एक व्यक्तिगत उपयोगकर्ता को कार्ट चलाने से निलंबित करने का अधिकार और अधिकार है (लापरवाह ड्राइविंग, टूर नियमों का पालन नहीं करना, आदि)। उपयोगकर्ता दुकान या टूर गाइड द्वारा निर्दिष्ट रूप में कार्ट वापस करेगा।

The User understands that the Shop and tour guide have the right and authority to suspend an individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks, including, but not limited to, reckless driving or not complying with tour rules. The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.

दुकान उपयोगकर्ता को होने वाली किसी भी क्षति के लिए जिम्मेदार और/या उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी। दुकान को उपयोगकर्ता को प्रदान की गई सेवा को निलंबित करने, रद्द करने और बदलने का अधिकार है।

The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable for any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.

उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी मीडिया वितरण के संबंध में डेटा, जानकारी और छवियां एकत्र नहीं कर सकता। उपयोगकर्ता दुकान की अनुमति के बिना डेटा एकत्र नहीं कर सकता।

The User may not collect data, information, or images in relation to any media distribution. Furthermore, the User cannot collect any data without the express permission of the Shop.

उपयोगकर्ता समझता है कि नियम और शर्तें उपयोगकर्ता की सूचना या अनुमोदन के बिना अपडेट हो सकती हैं।

The User understands that the Terms and Conditions may be updated without noticing or approval from the User.

हम मानते हैं कि यात्रा के अनुभवों को दूसरों के साथ साझा करना और चर्चा करना यात्रा की सच्ची खुशियों में से एक है।

This pricing system does not offer a discount; it is an additional charge for the confidentiality option.
